ADAM & JENNY NARCISO
Catalyst Directors
Adam has a deep love for Jesus and a passion to see the first commandment fulfilled in his life. He is an equipping Evangelist who has been actively preaching the gospel since he was a young teenager. In addition to directing City Central’s Training School, Adam directs the Evangelism Outreach Ministry, and regularly proclaims Christ at events in local schools, campus ministries and theaters, as well as leads outreach teams throughout the city.
TYLER CONNELL

Tyler has been a part of City Central community since high school. Currently a student at University of Washington Tacoma Campus, he has a heart for intercession and to release justice on the earth through politics and compassion. Tyler helps lead street and campus evangelism in Tacoma and believes God wants to pour out signs and wonders especially in evangelism to show the power of His son, Jesus Christ. Tyler loves worship and has a longing for the manifest and supernatural presence of God in corporate and personal times with the Lord.
RYAN KEE

Ryan Kee is an international missionary with City Central. Most recently he has been working with Youth With A Mission for the past six years, based out of Lausanne Switzerland. He has a love for the nations, connecting to people through language, and especially God’s heart for cities of the world. Ryan is passionate about growing in deep intimacy with God, hearing His voice and stepping out in faith in response to what we hear. He loves to see the body of believers lifted up and strengthened and loves to see people “victimized with encouragement”.
ELIZABETH PEISS

Elizabeth has been on and off of the missions field from the young age of 12 years old. From that time the Lord has given her a true burden for the nations of the earth to know the love and justice of Christ. She spent six months in South America with Youth With A Mission. Elizabeth has been a part of City Central for a year and a half and is a full time missionary with Catalyst Training Schools. Since coming to Tacoma she has experienced life-changing freedom from the training at City Central and is passionate about seeing young adults come to Tacoma and receive the same freedom. Elizabeth has set her heart to know the Lord in intimacy, knowledge of God, and intercession.
SHANE ROLEY

Shane has been apart of the City Central community for 9 years and is passionate about seeing God raise up a generation that will defend the Glory of the Lord and live a life of no compromise. He has set out to live a wholehearted lifestyle before the Lord and win souls for Christ and believes that there is a great awakening scheduled for the United State of America. Shane is investing in the lives of youth at a local Junior High and is one of the worship leaders at City Central Missions Base. In addition to his passion for revival in America, Shane is excited about being a missionary abroad and seeing the values of prayer, restoration, and missions lived out in the nations of the earth.
RYAN & AMY BUSKIRK

Ryan and Amy have a passion for discipling young people. Ryan was an area director with young life for 10 years before coming on staff at City Central and Amy taught middle school before becoming a full time mom. They have three sons, Ben, 9, Adam, 7, and Peter, 3. They have been at City Central since the fall of 2004, and Ryan went on staff in the fall of 2006. Ryan is the City Central Team Leader and provides oversight and direction for the staff. Amy is incredibly gifted in hospitality. Their family has a passion to have the REAL Jesus known and for everyone to experience the abundant life found in Christ.
ANDREA PFEIFFER

Andrea is a local educator in Tacoma. She has a heart for youth and teaching. She loves for young people to gain understanding of who God created them to be and His desire to use them in the kingdom. She is a worship leader with a heart for prayer and restoration through worship. Andrea loves hearing from God and growing in reaching out to people in Evangelism. She has lived in Tacoma for over 10 years and has participated in a number of ministries at City Central.
ERIN AZAMA

Erin is a teacher at Henry Foss High School. She is passionate about seeing young people grab hold of the Lord’s truth and walking in His authority. She also desires to see the Lord’s power move through the people in the Pacific Rim. Erin is originally from O’ahu, Hawaii and has been with City Central for over 10 years. She enjoys spending time with people, and loves making them feel loved and welcomed.

Jenae has been a part of City Central for 2 years and is a student at Pacific Lutheran University. She has traveled throughout LatinAmerica on mission trips and has burning heart for the nations. She longs to see salvation come to the darkest and most broken places on the earth through the gospel. Jenae is passionate about pursuing the knowledge of God and desires for every believer to understand God’s passionate love and delight over them.
